About Our Institution

Doon Valley College of Education was established under the aegis of Naraini Educational & Charitable Society (NECS), VPO Chirao, Distt.-Karnal-132036 which has been founded by the joint efforts of Sh. Ram Gopal Gupta and Smt. Sunita Gupta. The B.Ed course running is recognised by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) and affiliated to the Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (KUK). The Institute is housed in a well spread building with spacious class rooms, well-equipped laboratories, Library, Play Ground and Canteen for providing nutritious refreshment.

The Institute has highly qualified, trained, dedicated, competent, experienced and unmatched faculty as per the conditions laid down by NCTE. The Director and Principal of Institute are highly qualified having vast administrative and teaching experience to steer the Institute in right direction. The institutes keeps in mind the needs and demands of the students and provides them all the facilities and thus achieving excellence in each field of education.

Institute is a platform where the students prepare themselves to face the world and Doon Valley College of Education has striven to mould the personalities of students in such a way that they can face the perplexing, complex situations and challenges of life with confidence. Anti Ragging

Ragging is strictly banned in Doon Valley College of Education. In this concern, we are known for having zero tolerance. According to the hon’ble Supreme Court of India, in case the applicant for the admission is found to have indulged in ragging in the past or if it is noticed later that anyone has indulged in ragging, admission may be refused or he/she shall be expelled from the institute immediately. Ragging is an offence and to deal with such type of concerns, we have formed an Anti Ragging Committee in the institution.
